Shipping FAQ

Deliveries to the USA and Canada typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

European deliveries usually take 3–5 business days.

UK orders are usually delivered using a 24 or 48 hour service.

Orders to the USA and EU are shipped with taxes and duties already prepaid where applicable. Orders within the UK are not subject to import duties. For any other international destination, local customs taxes, import duties or handling fees may apply and are set by the customer’s local customs authority.

Yes. Because we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Yes. We offer a 60-day return policy on eligible unused items in their original packaging. If you need a different size for a specific armor piece, or you have changed your mind, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund where applicable. Please visit our dedicated Returns and Refunds page for step-by-step instructions.

We take great care when packing your order, but if an item arrives damaged, please don’t worry. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in, then contact our team as soon as possible. We will review this quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no extra cost to you.

First, please check with your neighbours and any safe spaces around your property where the carrier may have left the package. If you still cannot locate it, contact us as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to help recover or replace your order where appropriate.
